At CoreVita, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue before issuing a replacement or other resolution.
Approved replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
4. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the consumable nature of health supplements, opened, used, or unsealed products are generally not eligible for return or refund for safety and hygiene reasons.
Unopened and factory-sealed products may be eligible for return if approved by our support team within 30 days of delivery.
Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
5. Refunds
If a refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
CoreVita reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
